Attorney Joe Faucher joins employee benefits powerhouse law firm Trucker Huss.

Faucher to the firm as Special Counsel, effective March 14, 2016. An experienced ERISA litigator and employee benefits strategist, Joe’s practice covers the full range of ERISA and employee benefits counseling and litigation matters.

He has extensive experience representing clients in Department of Labor investigations and resulting litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Joe was Of Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP and was previously a partner in the law firm of Reish & Reicher.
